Service Description

A 6-week intensive course designed for executives, directors and emerging leaders who want to: Prioritize professional goals Identify and maximize their leadership style Improve personal and team performance Effectively respond to team strengths, weaknesses and motivations Includes: Pre-Coaching Questionnaire form 30-minute Intake & Design Session (video or phone) Six 45-minute Coaching Sessions Customized phone or video meetings Personalized goal plan Individualized assessment to identify problem-solving strengths, situational responses, conflict resolution style and development opportunities Integration of minds-body practices that improve thought processes impacting performance Three 15-minute Lifeline Calls (phone) For groups of 4 or more, please book the Coaching Leadership Intensive-Group package.
