There’s a certain kind of Sunday that doesn’t feel like dread.
It doesn’t even feel like restlessness.
It just feels… blank.
Like you’re floating.
Like you can’t quite reach yourself.
Maybe you’re doing all the “right” things—resting, prepping, even slowing down—and still feel emotionally flatlined.
That’s not failure.
That’s disconnection.
And disconnection is often how the body protects itself when it’s too tired, too overloaded, or too unsure where to land.
You Don’t Have to Feel Fully “On” to Begin Again
This week’s reset isn’t about fixing that feeling.
It’s about gently tethering back to something—anything—that reminds you you’re still here.
✨ Try This: The “Tether Back” Mini-Ritual
Place your hand on something solid—a table, your chest, a warm mug.
Let your body feel weight and contact. You are here.
Say (aloud or silently):
“I’m not broken. I’m just a little far away from myself right now.”
“And I’m allowed to come back slowly.”
Do one micro-act of care.
Something you don’t need to deserve:
Open a window and breathe
Let water run over your hands
Wrap yourself in a blanket just because
You’re Still You, Even When You Can’t Feel It
You’re not doing it wrong.
You’re human.
Disconnection is part of the rhythm.
And remembering—coming back to yourself—can be quiet. It can be slow.
It can happen one breath at a time.
