It feels like the right time to start something fresh.
After years of supporting others through seasons of transformation, I’m finally stepping into a new space — an emotional wellness blog rooted in honesty, healing, and hope. To share not just what I know, but who I am: as a therapist, a writer, a woman in progress.
Why I’m Starting This Emotional Wellness Blog
This blog will be an evolving space for reflections, resources, and reminders — grounded in the honest, imperfect, and intentional living I support in therapy. You’ll find posts about emotional wellness, boundaries, burnout, identity, healing, creativity, and reclaiming joy. I might write about the messiness of motherhood, the complexity of being a helper who still needs help, or the beauty of slowing down.
If we haven’t met yet:
I’m Reia Chapman, LCSW — therapist, speaker, creative, and someone who believes deeply in the power of language, lineage, and liberation. My work centers on people who are navigating life transitions, emotional exhaustion, trauma recovery, and identity reclamation. I hold space for clients and the community in the hope that we all learn to hold space for ourselves, too.
Whether you’re a client, colleague, kindred spirit, or just curious — I’m glad you’re here.
Make yourself at home. Stay awhile. Subscribe to stay connected.
New posts drop monthly(ish). Sometimes more often when inspiration hits.
With care,
Reia
