It’s Sunday again.
If your brain keeps whispering “Do more.” try this instead: “Do less, on purpose.”
Big pushes are loud and short-lived. Gentle plans are quiet and sustainable. This week, let’s build a reset that respects your energy, your season, and your nervous system.
The 5–3–1 Reset
5-minute Sweep: Set a timer. Pick one room or one surface. Clear what’s visible only.
3 Touchpoints: Choose exactly three things to move your week forward (no more).
1 Anchor: Pick one daily practice that steadies you (breath, water, movement, prayer, journaling—30–120 seconds counts).
Examples
5-minute Sweep: kitchen counter.
3 Touchpoints: (1) schedule meds refill, (2) reply to the one important email, (3) set up autopay for the bill you keep avoiding.
1 Anchor: drink water before screens each morning.

Your Gentle Plan for the Week
Home: one load start-to-finish (wash → dry → fold → put away).
Body: one nourishing meal + a walk/stretch you can finish in <10 minutes.
Work/School: one frog (the task you avoid) tackled for 15 focused minutes.
Money: peek at balances; choose one next step (autopay, transfer $5, cancel a free trial).
Relationships: one honest check-in text: “Thinking of you. No need to reply.”
Admin: pick a day/time for a 20-minute life admin block—put it on the calendar now.
Two Micro-rituals
Box Breathing (60 seconds): in-4, hold-4, out-4, hold-4 (repeat 4x).
Compassion Cue: place a hand over your heart and say, “I can start small and still be proud.”
Permission Slip
You are not behind—you’re in process. Start smaller than you think, and let steady be your strategy.
Comment with your 5-3-1 for the week. I’ll cheer you on. 🌿
