North Carolina is facing devastating Medicaid cuts—starting October 1, 2025, providers across the state will be forced to scale back services due to a $1.1 billion loss in funding. This includes a 3% across-the-board rate cut, and even deeper reductions to autism therapy, residential care, and mental health services.


Clinics are closing. Waitlists are growing. Communities are hurting.
